NICOLE VINCENT

A penchant for real estate is woven into Nicole’s DNA. Having grown up around agents, construction and developers, Nicole decided to join the real estate industry and got her license in 2002. Nicole immediately fell in love with introducing people to the special Big Island lifestyle and helping them find their perfect place in her backyard. Her work ethic and dedication allowed her to quickly make a name for herself, and in 2009, she became a Broker. Her career has woven experience in resale brokerage firms and principal broker of development project teams, including projects with developers with Centex Homes at Kolea in Waikoloa Beach Resort, Tinguely Development at Waimea Parkside, and with Kennedy Wilson & IHP Capital at Kohanaiki.
Nicole’s family has deep roots in the area, their ties dating back to the late 1800’s. This has enabled her to build relationships with local professionals, from architects to stagers—connections that prove invaluable to her clients on their real estate journeys. In addition to her powerful network and community knowledge, Nicole also has a strong local and business prowess, including degrees in BA Pacific Island Studies and an MBA in finance.

In addition to half a billion dollars in sales volume, she placed in the top 100 realtors in the State of Hawaii for five years and is consistently within the top 10 on the Big Island. In 2018, she was recognized as the 2nd highest producing agent for Hawaii Island for sales volume, and also known for Buyer representation of the highest selling transactions for the year, in 2010 - $14,500,000 at Hualalai Resort, in 2013 at Kukio -$21,000,000 sale, in 2017- $16,500,000 at Kohanaiki.
When Nicole isn’t working, you can find her spending time with her husband, two sons, and her golden retriever, Lono. Favorite activities include running, canoe paddling, spinning, and fishing. Nicole also enjoys giving back to the community and supports organizations like Hui Aloha Kīholo, which works to protect the nature and culture of the area through collaborative management and active stewardship, and her alma mater, Hawaii Preparatory Academy.
